Successful Renewal of Partnerships
Fazer Acontecer Institute has renewed all its partnerships for 2011. The only exception is Inter-American Foundation due to the current partnerships was still valid until past March, preventing the presentation of a proposal for this year. We thank to all our contributors for this new achievement as well as our partners for their confidence: UNICEF, The Global Fund for Children, Empower, Fluxo, Worktime Business Consulting, Squadrilar, ACEB and Parish of Nossa Senhora da Esperança.
IFA participates in Inter-American Foundation’s event
IFA’s executive coordinator Renato Paes de Andrade attended an Inter-American Foundation’s event past February in Rio de Janeiro. All the Brazilian grantee organizations were invited. That was a very rich event, enabling Fazer Acontecer Institute a large amount of knowledge on the activities performed all over the country and a wide network.

Ichú continues with IFA group in 2011
In the current year, IFA is working with sixty teenagers from the city of Ichu, semi-arid region. This city was one of the four cities in which we operated in 2010. It was selected to remain in our project due to the great job performed by the local work group and the interest demonstrated by the public administration in leveraging educational sport public policies.
